A guest guide your guests can ask
The Wi-Fi password, at 11pm, without waking you.
Askello turns the listing you already wrote into a guide your guests can ask questions to. It answers from your words only, names the section each answer came from, and tells you what it could not answer.
Free for one place, with no card and no end date — and the assistant is included for the first 14 days. Guests need nothing installed.
Try it on your phone
Scan it. That is the whole guest experience.
Point your phone's camera at the code and the sample guide opens, exactly as a guest sees it. No app, no account, nothing to install.
Your place gets its own page.
One link, one code. Guests open it on the phone already in their hand and find the Wi-Fi, the door, the parking and the rules without writing to you.
-
The front page: a welcome, the times, and the chapters. -
A chapter: one thing, said once, found at midnight. -
A worked example: a question answered from the guide, with the chapter it came from.
What they ask
The questions you have already answered a hundred times.
Every one of these lives in a section of your guide. Write it once; the guide answers it for every guest after that.

Paste, fix, keep. About five minutes.
You are not starting from a blank page. The listing you already wrote is the first draft.
-
Paste your listing.
The link to your listing page, or the text of it. Askello reads what guests already read there and drafts the sections a guest actually looks for — in the language you choose.
-
Watch it become a guide, then fix what is wrong.
You see the real guide on a phone while you fill in the check-in time and the Wi-Fi. Every section is yours to edit, reorder or delete; nothing is visible to anyone until you publish it.
-
Keep it, and share one code.
Create your account last, once the guide is worth keeping. Print the QR card for the kitchen wall and send the link with your check-in message. No app, nothing for your guest to install.
It only says what you wrote.
This is the difference between a guest guide and a chatbot. A door code is not something to be creative about.
“hey, sorry to bother you — how do we work the oven?”
It is the left-hand dial. Turn it to the flame mark and hold it in for about three seconds to light it, then set the temperature. There is a long lighter in the drawer beside the sink if it does not catch.
Answered from your guide Kitchen and appliances
Every answer comes from a section of your guide.
The assistant is given your published sections and nothing else. It is not answering from the internet, and it is not answering from what it thinks a flat like yours is probably like.
If your guide does not say, it says so.
No invented check-out time, no guessed bin day. It tells the guest it does not have that one and points them to you.
What it could not answer comes back to you.
Unanswered questions collect in one list with how often each was asked. Answer it once, add it to the guide, and it is handled from then on.
What a guide is.
A page that reads well on a phone
Because that is where it is read — one-handed, in a hallway, with luggage.
An ask box that answers in your guest's language
A guest writes in Italian and gets Italian back. You wrote it once, in yours.
The guide itself, in six languages
On a paid plan your sections are translated into Bosanski, Hrvatski, Srpski, English, Deutsch and العربية — the same words, read in theirs.
A QR code and a print-ready card
One code per place, so it can go on the fridge and stay there.
The questions it could not answer
The list that tells you what your guide is still missing.
Questions hosts ask.
-
What is Askello, exactly?
A guest guide for your place, with an assistant sitting on top of it. Your guests open a link or scan a code, read the guide, and can ask it anything. It answers from what you wrote, and says which section.
-
Where do the answers come from?
Only from the sections you have published. The assistant is given your guide and nothing else, and every answer names the section it came from, so you can check it.
-
What language does it answer in?
Your guest's. Somebody writes in Italian and gets Italian back, from a guide you wrote in English. You do not translate anything.
-
Do my guests need an app or an account?
No. It is a web page. They open a link or scan a code and start reading.
-
What does it cost and can I stop?
The guide is free for one place, permanently. Answers are €9.90 a month, or €79 a year. You cancel from your own account and keep the guide; the assistant simply stops answering at the end of the period you paid for.
A guide is a link.
Anyone who has the link can read the guide — that is what makes it work at 2am with no password to remember. Put the Wi-Fi and the bin day in it. Think twice about the door code, and change it between guests either way.
Start with one place.
The free guide is a real guide: your sections, your photos, your QR code. Turn on answers when you want the assistant reading it back to your guests.
Free for one place, for as long as you like. Answers are €9.90 a month or €79 a year, and you cancel from your own account.
