What is worth reporting

Anything unlawful, anything impersonating a person or a business, anything that is somebody else's to publish, and anything that looks like it is trying to collect money or personal details under a false name. Also tell us if a guide has published something it should not have — an access code or a door code that has clearly ended up in the wrong place.

What happens next

We read every report. Where something clearly breaches the terms, we take the guide off the air while we look — a published guide is one URL and unpublishing it changes nothing else about the host's account. We tell the host what was reported unless doing so would make things worse.

What this is not for

It is not the place for a complaint about a stay, a booking or a refund from a property. Askello hosts the guide; it is not the host, the platform you booked through, or a party to your booking. The guide itself will say who to contact about the place you are staying in.
