What Askello does

Askello hosts a guest guide for each place you add and, on a paid plan, answers guests' questions from the sections you have published. It is a way of publishing what you already know, not advice and not a person.

Your content stays yours

Everything you write into a guide belongs to you. You give Askello permission to store it, show it to people you share the guide with, and pass the published sections to the model that answers questions — and nothing else.

What you are responsible for

That what you publish is accurate and yours to publish, and that you have the right to share the photos you upload. You decide what goes into a guide, including whether sensitive information such as an access code belongs there.

What the assistant is and is not

It answers from your published sections and says so when it cannot. It is not a safety system and it must not be relied on for anything urgent — an emergency, a gas smell, a medical problem. Your guide should say who to call.

Fair use

Do not use Askello to publish anything unlawful, to impersonate somebody, or to send automated traffic at the ask box. Answering has a daily ceiling per place, which exists to stop one abusive visitor spending a host's allowance.

Paying and stopping

Paid plans renew for the same period until you cancel, and the price and the renewal date are shown to you before you pay and on your billing screen afterwards. You cancel from your own account at any time, keep the service until the end of the period you have paid for, and keep the guide afterwards. We will tell you by email before a price changes. Refunds and cancellation have their own page.

Availability

Askello is in pilot. We keep it running and we take backups, but there is no uptime guarantee yet, and we may change or withdraw features while it is in pilot. We will not delete your guides without telling you first.

Liability

Askello is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before whatever went wrong. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited.

Changes and law

If these terms change materially we will say so on this page and by email before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and this section in particular is one legal review will rewrite.

Who takes your order

Askello sells directly. Payments are processed by Stripe, card details never reach Askello, and the charge appears on your statement under Askello's own name.
