Subprocessors
Everybody who touches your data.
You are the controller for what your guests write; Askello is your processor. These are the companies we use to run the service, what each one touches, and where it runs.

When this list changes
We update this page before a new subprocessor starts handling anything, not after. If you have a contract with us that requires notice, we will email you as well.
A data processing agreement
Askello acts as your processor for everything your guests write, and these terms plus this list are the substance of that. If your own compliance needs a signed agreement on paper, ask us and we will send one — we would rather sign yours than argue about ours.
What your guests are told
Every published guide carries its own privacy notice before a guest can ask anything, naming what is kept and for how long. They are never asked for a name, an email address or a phone number.
