GuestIntro and Askello are the two products in this category built for a host with a few places rather than a company with a hundred. They look alike from the outside: a free guide, a paid assistant, tiers by property count, made in Europe. The differences are in the details, and the details are what you will live with.
Everything about GuestIntro below was read from its own website on 3 September 2026. Prices and limits change; check guestintro.com before you decide. Askello’s prices live only on our pricing page, so they are never stale here.
What GuestIntro is
A digital guest manual with an AI chat on top, and a second product alongside it: a direct-booking website that keeps the commission an Airbnb booking would cost. The manual imports from an Airbnb listing link, and you can preview the result before you sign up. The guide is translated into nine languages. The free plan gives one property seven fixed sections and two languages, without the AI chat; the Pro plan, about $7.99 a month, switches the AI on and lifts the limits; Multi covers two to five places for about $19.99 a month, and Portfolio six to ten.

You want your first guide built from your Airbnb link with nothing typed, and to see it before you make an account. You want your guests to read the guide itself in Spanish, Italian, or Japanese, not only the answers. You are thinking about a direct-booking site and would like the guide and the site from one place. Those are real advantages, and Askello has none of them today.
Choose Askello if
You want the assistant in the free plan, not behind it, so you can find out whether guests use it before you pay. You want unlimited sections from day one. You want every answer to say which section it came from, and the questions it could not answer handed back to you as a list. You want nothing asked of your guests, and the AI told to answer from your words alone and to say so when it cannot.
The honest summary
These are two versions of the same idea, and the choice comes down to which two things you value more: GuestIntro’s link import and translated guide, or Askello’s free assistant and cited answers. Neither is wrong. If you are not sure, the free plans cost nothing to compare.
